From mid-May 2022, the MULTIEYE NEXT Video Management Software (VMS) from artec technologies AG will include a powerful and reliable biometric facial recognition as a standard component. This is based on intelligent, neural networks and, in combination with the integrated reference templates database, is a powerful tool for biometric access control, personalized customer service or for research and information purposes.
The new component is fully integrated into the MULTIEYE NEXT VMS and allows fast configuration, comfortable face search and initiates control functions as well as automated messages. Another advantage is that video cameras from any manufacturer can be used for facial recognition. Therefore, the MULTIEYE NEXT VMS or video server can also be used as an additional or replacement system in existing video surveillance installations.
